The Cryotherapy Guys often participated in live sports events where internet connectivity may be unusable, with practically all the staff issuing paper forms for every client to fill: name, contact information, liability forms, and sport-specific questionnaires.

What Did the Manual Process Look Like

The client wanted a digital solution that would work offline while capturing all required information seamlessly, and synchronize to their online systems once in an online state.
